The TK aims to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Follitropin delta. The contract is concluded as part of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.09.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.08.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract expires automatically at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity.
