Open procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2124-1, R.2124-2-1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Ordinary contract. The services are divided into 5 lots. Each of the lots will be the subject of a separate contract. Candidates may submit a tender for one, several or all of the lots. The contract is concluded for a period of 4 years, starting from 1 January 2027 at 00:00 and will end on 31 December 2030 at midnight. Lot 1: property damage: it is requested to price different levels of excess for the basic solution Lot 3: motor vehicle fleet: it is requested to price the possible additional service: machine breakdown. Failure to do so the entire tender will be considered irregular.
