The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment and apparatus, divided into 13 parts: Task No. 1 – Ultrasound tissue aspirator Task No. 2 – Surgical drives with accessories Task No. 3 – Electrosurgical diathermy with accessories Task No. 4 – Hysteroscope Task No. 5 – Visual channel for hysteroscope Task No. 6 – Arthroscopy set Task No. 7 – Dental unit Task No. 8 – Defibrillators Task No. 9 – Footwear washer Task No. 10 – Patient monitoring system with defibrillators Task No. 11 – Set of surgical instruments Task No. 12 – Neurosurgery navigation Task No. 13 – Surgical microscope 2. The subject of the contract includes delivery, unloading, installation, commissioning and staff training in accordance with the assortment-price forms constituting Annexes No. 3.1-3.13 to the SWZ and a detailed description of the subject of the contract, a table of technical and operational conditions constituting Annexes No. 1.1.-1.13 to the SWZ.
