This consultation concerns the establishment of a Framework Agreement for Tertiary and Social Project Management Assistance (AMO) to carry out, as part of a real estate project, relating to properties for tertiary use or similar (offices, administrative buildings, Passenger Buildings, ...) and social (Libraries, Medical Services, Social Action, Sports or associative/cultural activities, social premises, Housing, ...) the following missions:

Mission 1: Carrying out missions related to the development of real estate master plans, feasibility studies and technical analyses on existing buildings or in BEFA.

Mission 2: Providing assistance in the implementation of construction, renovation and/or refurbishment operations for workspaces or intended for social and cultural activities, on existing buildings or in BEFA.

This consultation is divided into 2 geographical lots:

Lot 1: Île-de-France,

Lot 2: National territory outside IDF
