The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive delivery of medicines for medicinal programmes. The medicines must be registered in the medicinal programmes B.29, B.133, B.147. The contractor declares that the offered medicinal products within the scope of the contract are registered for use in the medicinal programme, in accordance with the current announcement of the Minister of Health. The detailed requirements for the implementation of the contract have been specified in the contract template and the assortment-price form, which are respectively Annex no. 5 to SWZ and Annex no. 2 to SWZ.
