Switzerland – High-voltage cable – Herstellung, Lieferung, Montage und Prüfung von zwei temporären HS-Kabelanlagen im Unterwerk Leibstadt 380 kV

Manufacture, supply, installation and testing of two temporary HS cable systems in the Leibstadt 380 kV substation, mainly includes the following services:

- Engineering of the complete cable system, incl. optimal mechanical protection

- Manufacture & supply of the cables, fittings and accessories

- On-site cable measurement

- Manufacture, factory testing and transport of the cables

- Design, supply and installation of the mechanical protection

- Laying and installation of the cable systems with all fastenings and accessories

- Design, supply and installation of the end termination structures

- Provision of information for the design of the foundations (by a third party)

- Design, supply and installation of the end terminations

- Supply and installation of the earthing material

- On-site testing

- Creation of system documentation according to specifications (ZSTD-25-310) of Swissgrid

- Dismantling of the complete cable system, disposal of the accessories, winding of the cables individually onto reels

- Transport and unloading of the cables in the central warehouse of Swissgrid (location to be defined)

- Option: By means of an optimal, short-circuit-proof laying with optimised mechanical cable protection, the highest possible continuous current-carrying capacity is to be ensured. The supplier must propose a suitable laying concept and prove the highest possible current-carrying capacity.
