The contracts to be awarded include the takeover and treatment/disposal of the municipal waste delivered by the contracting authorities or their appointed third parties, including the disposal/ marketing of the output fractions (treatment residues, valuable materials, etc.) generated during the treatment/disposal. The waste subject to the contract will be delivered by the respective contracting authority or their appointed third party to the designated treatment/disposal facility. The organisation and implementation of waste transport is not the subject of the tender.
