This tender is part of Phase 1 for the creation of a TGV/TER multimodal station (PEM = Multimodal Exchange Hub) with 4 platform tracks on the Nice St AUGUSTIN site. The present consultation concerns Contract M6 and involves the creation of a 6-level (12 half-levels) organized parking facility with a capacity of 453 car parking spaces (336 for private vehicles, 15 for drop-off, 18 for taxis, 52 for rental companies, 32 for electric vehicles) and 47 motorcycle spaces. This building also houses the station's logistics area, technical facilities, a luggage storage/concierge service, rental company premises and restrooms.
