Belgium – Sewer survey services – Curage et inspection télévisuelle des réseaux d'égouttage de l'agglomération de Athus

Scope of services: mechanical hydro-jetting cleaning of drainage networks followed by a television inspection using the so-called "mobile carriage" technique. These operations will be carried out on all drainage networks. Location of service provision: the drainage networks to be investigated are those of the Athus wastewater treatment agglomeration (municipalities of Aubange and Messancy). Within this perimeter, the present contract is divided into three lots. Operations to search for and clear inspection chambers must be carried out. Indeed, it is highly likely that some of the covers of the inspection chambers will not be directly visible and will be completely or partially covered (dead leaves, earth, grass, tarmac, etc.). These aspects are explained and detailed in point 4 "Technical specifications", as well as in the annexes. Important element: except in exceptional circumstances and in order to limit the noise nuisance related to the drainage network cleaning operations carried out by hydrocureur truck, these will be carried out exclusively within the time slot between 7:00 and 18:00. The services will be suspended on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Practical details and modalities necessary for the proper execution of this contract: The contracting authority reserves the right to award other service contracts, outside the present contract, concerning the services described in the present special technical specifications. The award and notification of the present contract therefore confer no right of exclusivity on the service provider in respect of the type of service which is the subject of the contract. Furthermore, the service provider is not granted any guarantee as to the quantity of services that will be ordered during the contract period.
