The subject of the public contract is: a) the migration of the complex information system of the Register of Inspection of Work Activities (hereinafter “REÚIP” or “the system”) from the MS Dynamics 365 On-premise platform to the MS Dynamics 365 online platform, optimisation of the data structures and processes of REÚIP (i.e. in particular the complex design of optimisation), supply, installation and implementation of all necessary software equipment at all levels including the provision of all necessary licences, ensuring the communication interface (API) for connection with other internal and external information systems of the contracting authority (e.g. with the electronic records management system), integration of REÚIP into the contracting authority's environment, all work related to the implementation of the optimisation of the REÚIP system, migration and validation of data, training of REÚIP users, supply of complete system documentation in online form including current user guides for REÚIP, verification and productive operation of the system for a certain period, acceptance testing according to the conditions of the public contract and its annexes, preparation of an exit plan (hereinafter “the Work”); b) the provision of maintenance services, support for the REÚIP On-premise system and the REÚIP online system and regular, or ad-hoc, updates to the REÚIP online system even after its deployment and implementation according to the conditions of the public contract and its annexes (hereinafter “Maintenance Services”) and c) the provision of development of the REÚIP On-premise system and the REÚIP online system as requested by the ordering party (hereinafter “Development”). The subject of the public contract must be carried out in accordance with the minimum technical conditions (see below) and the requirements of Act No. 264/2025 Sb., on cybersecurity, including the requirements arising from its implementing decree No. 409/2025 Sb., on the security measures of the provider of a regulated service in the regime of higher obligations (decree on cybersecurity), the tender (of the selected) supplier and other requirements of the contracting authority arising from the negotiations on the preliminary tenders of the suppliers, the public contract [the public contract will be negotiated and prepared within the framework of the negotiations on the preliminary tenders and the conclusion of the negotiations on the preliminary tenders and will be part of the submission (final) tenders]. For completeness, the contracting authority states that the subject of this public contract itself implies the necessity to use a specific solution in the sense of the implementation of exclusively the MS Dynamics 365 online system, and this is due to the need to ensure continuity with the contracting authority's existing solution.
