The subject of this publication is the awarding of contracts pursuant to Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V for various active substances within the framework of an Open-House procedure: by specifying uniform contractual conditions as well as a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of rebate contracts pursuant to Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V. The earliest contract start date is 01.06.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months.
