Germany – Construction work of elevated tanks for drinking water – HB Lewerberg III - Neubau: Los 3 - EMSR-Technik

The Harzwasserwerke GmbH plan to expand the existing facility at the site of the Groß Döhren drinking water reservoir (Liebenburg municipality) by adding a third drinking water reservoir (HB III). The new structure, designed as a circular reinforced concrete tank with a storage volume of approximately 20,000 m³, will be constructed north of the existing reservoir HB II. The structure includes a water chamber, a fully underground control building, and an above-ground staircase providing access to the tank roof and technical facilities. A new low-voltage switchgear assembly is to be erected in the sluice chamber of the new reservoir 3 (HB III) at the Lewerberg site. The switchgear assembly is to be structured from several switchboard cubicles: • NSHV, • plant engineering, • intrusion and fire alarm system (EMA/BMA). The electrical cabling, including cable routes from the switchgear to the field components, is to be laid. A potential equalisation is to be established by connecting all conductive parts via new potential equalisation rails. LED lighting and socket combinations are to be installed in the sluice chamber and on the outdoor facility. A specification is to be drawn up for the implementation of the system control.
