Nærumvænge, Department 2, is part of Søllerød Almene Boligselskab and comprises apartment buildings and terraced houses. The tender concerns only the dwellings located at the addresses Nærumvænge 1–95 and 14–176 as well as Fyrrevejen 1–79 and 6–70, 2850 Nærum. The project covers a total of 310 dwellings. Other buildings in the area, including the buildings on Nærumvænge Torv, are not covered by the tender. The buildings are located immediately adjacent to the Helsingør Motorway in connection with Nærumvænge Torv.
