The planned new building is to have a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 6,000 m2 (GFA of the ground floor is approximately 2,570 m2). A 3-storey, U-shaped building with flat roofs is to be created, which will have partial basement. The construction project will be connected to the supply lines for district heating, waste water, rainwater, fire water, fresh water, and electricity of the property. There will also be a traffic connection with associated parking spaces. Approximately 2,100 m2 of concrete paving and approximately 6,200 m2 of blacktop will be constructed.
