Denmark – Distance-heating pipes – GENUDBUD: Indkøb og levering af smedeydelser og præisolerede rør

The procurement concerns a Framework Agreement for the purchase and delivery of blacksmithing services and pre-insulated pipes to Ringsted Fjernvarme A/S. The procurement is carried out as a restricted procedure, pursuant to the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EU of 26/2/2014), which means that pre-qualified suppliers can submit tenders. Suppliers can apply to be pre-qualified/selected to be able to submit a tender. Among the applicants, 5 Tenderers will be selected, all of whom meet the suitability criteria and are assessed to be the 5 best applicants. This process is further described in the tender conditions in Chapter II – Pre-qualification Phase. The 5 tenderers then have the opportunity to submit a tender. This is further described in the tender conditions in Chapter III – Tender Phase. A framework agreement will be entered into with 3 of the 5 tenderers. During the contract period, mini-tenders will be held where the 3 suppliers can submit tenders for smaller tasks and the large projects. This is further described in the tender conditions in Chapter IV – Mini-tenders during the contract period.
