Romania – Special-purpose motor vehicles – Furnizare Unitate Medicală Mobilă Stomatologică

The subject of the contract is the supply of a Mobile Dental Medical Unit – 1 unit, new, unused, fully equipped, integrated, certified, tested and functional, made on a 100% electric vehicle from category N2. The mobile medical unit will include a specially arranged superstructure, two separate dental offices, a sanitary group, storage spaces and technical compartments, a device for the access of persons with disabilities, electrical and sanitary installations, ventilation, air conditioning, compressed air and suction systems, a photovoltaic system with storage, medical furniture, dental and sterilization equipment, instruments, general medical equipment, IT equipment, as well as all the accessories and elements necessary for the operation of the assembly. The contract includes, as an accessory, the detailed design, bodywork and arrangement of the superstructure, the installation and integration of all components, transport and delivery to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, the certification of the vehicle in the final configuration, the obtaining of the documents necessary for registration, the carrying out of the checks and operation tests, the commissioning, the training of the personnel, the delivery of the technical and conformity documentation, as well as the guarantee, maintenance and technical support. The maximum delivery and commissioning term is 6 months from the date of issuance of the order. The unit will be delivered within the territory of Sacuieu, Cluj County, as a complete and functional assembly. Partial offers for separate components are not accepted. The Contracting Authority will respond to clarification requests no later than 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
