The supplier shall deliver the products within the contract timeframe, in the quantities requested by the contracting authority and in accordance with the minimum characteristics/requirements/specifications set out in the terms of reference. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, as amended by Government Ordinance 107/2017, interested economic operators shall request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documents 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Pursuant to Article 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended by Government Ordinance 107/2017, the contracting authority's response shall be transmitted 10 days (on the 11th day) before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
