Huittisten kaupunki announces the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for foodstuffs from local, organic and small producers for the contracting authorities participating in this procurement (hereinafter also "contracting entities") in accordance with this invitation to participate and its annexes. The dynamic purchasing system offers a common channel for operators and contracting entities to increase and intensify cooperation between different operators. During the dynamic purchasing system, the contracting entity selects the most economically advantageous supplier or suppliers on a case-by-case basis in the manner described in the participation application. Orders include foodstuffs according to the needs of the contracting entity and agreed schedules, complying with the requirements set by the contracting entity.
