France – Construction project management services – Accord-cadre pour des prestations relatives à l'accompagnement artistique dans les opérations d'aménagement et de construction

This is a framework agreement with call-off orders (primarily) and subsequent contracts. The projected framework agreement is launched on behalf of the purchasing group composed of CITALLIOS (coordinator), CITALLIA and CITALLIOS PROMOTION. The services, divided into three (3) blocks, are as follows:

BLOCK 1 - ARTISTIC DIAGNOSIS OF THE OPERATION AND ITS TERRITORY

- Analysis of the territorial and cultural context

- Identification and mapping of local artistic resources

- Development of the artistic strategy of the operation

BLOCK 2 - ARTISTIC SUPPORT FOR OPERATIONAL INTERVENTIONS

- Design and implementation of artistic construction site hoardings

- Design and implementation of a mural or in situ graphic intervention

- Design and implementation of a temporary or ephemeral art installation

- Design and facilitation of a half-day participatory workshop with an artistic dimension

- Design and facilitation of a full-day participatory workshop with an artistic dimension

- Design and implementation of an artistic action around a demolition or urban transformation

- Design and implementation of an artistic consultation device

- Design of artistic communication supports

BLOCK 3 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE DESIGN OF PERMANENT ARTWORKS

- Assistance in defining the artistic programme

- Assistance in organising the process of selecting artists

- Structuring the financing of the work

- Monitoring the design and supporting until installation

This is a framework agreement with call-off orders, with no minimum amount, and a maximum amount of 1,200,000 euros (excluding VAT) over the total duration of the contract, which is a maximum of four (4) years. The call-off orders and any subsequent contracts are awarded after retendering.
