Belgium – Miscellaneous food products and dried goods – Raamovereenkomst voor de levering van voedingsmiddelen en dranken

Subject of these supplies: Framework agreement for 12 months for the supply of food and beverages. The lots can be extended silently 3 times for a period of 12 months each. This contract is a supply contract within the meaning of art. 2, 20° of the Public Procurement Act. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement within the meaning of art. 2, 35° of the Public Procurement Act – i.e. that it is executed by placing orders based on the framework agreement ('orders') according to the actual needs of the contracting authority. The various lots included in this framework agreement are awarded separately, each to one contractor. Within the framework of this framework agreement, each order is considered a separate contract, regardless of the execution of the other orders. Delivery locations: - Central kitchen OPZ Geel – dock B, at the address Pas 228 in 2440 Geel; - Hospital Logistics (current external logistics partner of OPZ Geel), at the address Gaston Geenslaan 33 in 3200 Aarschot; (see I.11 Contact details external partners) - Cafetaria Divisie Volwassenen, at the address Dr. Sanodreef 4 in 2440 Geel; - Cafetaria 't Vooruitzicht, at the address Stelenseweg 19 in 2440 Geel. During the contract period, a delivery location may disappear, be added or changed. Practical arrangements will be further coordinated with the contractor in that case. No minimum quantities are guaranteed. The candidate is informed that all quantities mentioned in the contract documents are estimated quantities and are provided for information purposes only. There is therefore NO obligation on the part of the contracting authority for the quantities to be taken. The maximum value of the contract (over the entire period and regardless of the application of art. 38 e.v. of the implementing Royal Decree) is set at 3,616,000 EUR excl. VAT. Lot 1 Dry food and beverages via logistics service provider 600,000 Lot 2 Dry food and beverages via OPZ 640,000 Lot 3 Dairy 400,000 Lot 4 Frozen 680,000 Lot 5 Charcuterie and spreads 280,000 Lot 6 Fresh meat, poultry and minced products 280,000 Lot 7 Pre-cooked meat and poultry products 320,000 Lot 8 Catering products for cafeterias 416,000 Total: 3,616,000 The contracting authority informs candidates that in determining the maximum value mentioned, the estimated quantities included in the inventory have not been taken into account and this maximum value therefore does not indicate the tender amount with which they can be registered. Instead, it is the maximum value of the framework agreement, determined on the basis of the maximum quantities that can be ordered over all orders that can be placed within the framework agreement. To control the scope of the contract, the expenditures within the framework agreement will be monitored and, if necessary, measures will be taken to prevent the maximum value of the contract from being exceeded. The conclusion of a contract on the basis of the present tender does not give the contractor an exclusive right. During the term of the contract, performances, identical or analogous to those described in the present tender, can be carried out by other suppliers. The contractor cannot claim any compensation for this reason.
