The subject of the contract is the Enhancement of the operational efficiency of the energy management and the quality of the internal environment of the Healthcare Facility Jazero. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of measures aimed at increasing energy efficiency, modernizing the technical equipment of the building, improving the quality of the internal environment and enhancing the structural condition of the building of the Healthcare Facility Jazero while maintaining the operation of the facility. (hereinafter also referred to as the "subject of the contract"). The subject of the contract will be implemented in the form of a Design & Build project with financing and guarantee of energy savings, in which the successful tenderer will ensure the design of the technical solution, project preparation, financing of the investment, implementation of the measures, provision of energy management services during the guarantee period and guarantee the achievement of contractually agreed energy savings. The scope of the contract includes the comprehensive provision of all activities necessary for the design, preparation, financing, implementation and operational support of measures to increase the energy efficiency of the facility. The successful tenderer will ensure, in particular: a) preparation of the Detailed Specification of the Technical Solution, including all levels of project documentation required for permitting procedures and construction implementation, b) provision of complete engineering activities including obtaining all necessary opinions, statements, permits and commissioning decision, c) financing the implementation of the measures, d) implementation of all proposed measures, e) commissioning of the equipment, f) delivery of the documentation of the actual execution, g) provision of energy management services for the entire guarantee period, h) continuous evaluation of the achieved savings, i) guarantee of achieving the contractually agreed energy savings during the entire guarantee period.
