The subject of the contract is the supply of drone laboratory equipment as part of the project „Development of Vocational Education in Sztum County”, divided into two (2) parts: 1) Part I – Furniture: supply, delivery, assembly and installation of furniture specified in positions I.1–I.5 of the Technical Specification; 2) Part II – Drone laboratory equipment: supply, delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, training for at least 2 persons indicated by the Buyer and acceptance in the scope of positions II.1–II.39 and A–J of the Technical Specification, including achieving the required interoperability. 2. The price of each part includes all activities and materials necessary to achieve the complete result specified in the Technical Specification, in particular purchase, transport, transport insurance, unloading, delivery, assembly, installation, configuration, commissioning, license and service activation, testing, training, documentation, warranty, service and disposal of packaging. 3. Place of delivery of both parts: Zespół Szkół im. Jana Kasprowicza, ul. Kasprowicza 3, 82-400 Sztum. Delivery is made by the Contractor's own transport, at their own expense and risk, to the rooms indicated by the Buyer. Part I – Furniture: positions I.1–I.5 of the Technical Specification. Delivery address: Zespół Szkół im. Jana Kasprowicza, ul. Kasprowicza 3, 82-400 Sztum. Part II – Drone laboratory equipment: positions II.1–II.39 and A–J of the Technical Specification. Delivery address: Zespół Szkół im. Jana Kasprowicza, ul. Kasprowicza 3, 82-400 Sztum. 4. The subject of the contract must be factory new, unused, non-regenerated, non-reconditioned, complete, free from physical and legal defects, approved for sale and use in Poland and free from the rights and claims of third parties. 5. The requirements of the Technical Specification are minimum requirements and cannot be lowered by the price list, manufacturer's materials, standard warranty conditions or offer reservations.
