Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1677_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von diversen Baugruppen des Systems PzH2000 und Waffenstationen

The contract covers the maintenance of various components of the PzH2000 system and weapon stations. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information for the respective lots is derived solely from historical values and estimated requirements, and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate from the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for each order is the total quantity summarized in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not oblige the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
