The subject of the contract concerns the provision of surveillance services for dikes and canals using fiber optic sensors on instrumented hydraulic sites (Hydro Alpes, Hydro Med, Hydro Est and Hydro Sud Ouest). The services include: - Operation (including associated heating tests, injection tests, and point deformation measurements) and maintenance of the instrumented sites. - Study services (studies related to metrology and equipment, with analysis methods and related to the design of the sites), - Services related to the information system (technical support for the development of IT infrastructures and the development of applications), - Training (in the design of installations (material aspect), in the physical and statistical design and operation of installations, in the operation of installations and in the maintenance of installations) - Reporting to EDF.
