Romania – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – Servicii de realizare a documentațiilor Tehnico-economice în vederea realizării proiectului „Introducerea transportului electric – Tren Periurban Sibiu” Faza: Studiu de fezabilitate (SF)

Procurement of services for the preparation of technical and economic documentation - Feasibility Study phase - for the investment objective: "Introduction of electric transport - Sibiu Periurban Train" in accordance with the specifications in the Terms of Reference and Project Design Brief. In accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference, the following activities are requested to be completed:

1. Preparation of the feasibility study - FS

2. Preparation of the strategic study regarding the prospective network

3. Preparation of public procurement documents, namely:

a. Preparation of the Terms of Reference and public procurement documents for the design and execution of infrastructure works

b. Preparation of the Terms of Reference and public procurement documentation for rolling stock and maintenance and repair services for rolling stock

c. Preparation of the Terms of Reference and public procurement documentation for the Public Services Contract

4. Technical assistance in the conduct of public procurement procedures

The duration of the design services within the contract is 18 months from the date of the commencement order issued by the contracting authority. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 21. The contracting authority will transmit the consolidated response to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
