Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Managed Service Provider voor ICT

The objective of this public procurement is to enter into an Agreement with a contracting party. This party must be able to fulfil the role of Managed Service Provider for Stark. By MSP, Stark understands an external service provider that proactively monitors and optimises the availability and security of the ICT environment. This includes the management of the Microsoft 365 tenant, support and backup/recovery. The scope of the assignment is based on the current service provision and is described indicatively by the existing use. This includes, among other things, 120 end-users, consisting of 92 fixed workplaces and 28 mobile workplaces. In addition, there are 124 SCEPman/RADIUSaaS licences and other licences, including Microsoft 365 Business Premium (120), Microsoft Teams (120) and Microsoft Entra ID P1 (122).
