Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych, które zostały odebrane od osób zamieszkujących na terenie Gminy Janikowo

1) The subject of the contract is the management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and other fractions of waste collected selectively, in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1328 as amended), collected by the contract executor for the collection of municipal waste from the owners of properties where residents live, located in the municipality of Janikowo. 2) Waste collected in containers at the transport-storage base in Janikowo will be transported for management directly to the Municipal Installation once an appropriate amount has been accumulated. 3) The contractor undertakes to mechanically-biologically process municipal waste and to separate from mixed municipal waste fractions that are suitable in whole or in part for recovery in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for disposal.
