Czechia – Training aids and devices – VZ 49.26 Vědecké výukové centrum Ostrava - Jih – část 2 - IT vybavení a pomůcky

The subject of the contract is the supply of IT equipment and accessories for educational purposes intended for the operation of the Scientific Educational Centre Ostrava-Jih, including related activities (especially transport, installation, basic configuration/setting, comprehensive testing and commissioning) according to the tender documentation and itemised list. The supply includes, for example, end devices (PC/NTB), monitors and other peripherals, as well as related software and licences needed for the normal operation of the educational and training centre. The subject of the contract will be implemented in the scope of the project documentation prepared by the company KANIA a.s., IČO: 26817853 and its subcontractor for IT equipment and accessories DESIGN 4AVI, s.r.o., IČO: 07303289. The action is divided into three consecutive parts: • Part 1 – Construction work incl. furniture supply (not the subject of this tender), • Part 2 – IT equipment and accessories (subject of this public contract), • Part 3 – supply and implementation of the visualisation system „Věda na kouli“ (not the subject of this tender). The implementation of Part 2 - IT equipment and accessories must take place in sequence with the implementation of Part 1 – Construction work incl. furniture supply and in coordination with the supply of Part 3 – Věda na kouli (SoS) so that functional continuity and collision-free installation at the place of implementation is ensured.
