Belgium – Pharmaceutical products – Raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van medicatie en andere farmaceutische producten voor de woonzorgcentra van OCMW Dendermonde

The contract consists of the supply of: • Medicinal products: supply of prescription and non-prescription medicinal products for the residents of the two care homes; • Care products: supply of care products for the residents of the care homes which cannot be billed as these products are covered by the lump sums. This includes disinfectants, dressings, injection materials, supply of disinfection materials for surface disinfection and disinfection of instruments, and other health or care products for residents of the WZC. An indicative list of these products is included as an appendix to this tender. Any smaller or larger quantity ordered does not give rise to any additional compensation or price increase for the supplier. An increase or decrease in the number of residents cannot influence the offered prices. Nor can the relocation, merger or division of the care homes within the territory of the city of Dendermonde have any influence on the offered prices. The services of an OCMW are indeed not static.
