Germany – Computer equipment and supplies – DBS Hardwarebeschaffung

The contracting authority is establishing a dynamic procurement system (DPS) for the ongoing procurement of IT hardware. This DPS will be used to procure standardised IT equipment and accessories needed for the daily operation of the Gewobag. The aim of the DPS is to meet the demand for market-ready hardware in a needs-based, cost-effective manner and through a competitive process. The DPS will be divided into several categories, each with separate individual awards (invitations to tender). The services are divided into four service categories. The tenderer may apply for one, several or all categories. a) Notebooks b) Smartphones c) Tablets d) Computer accessories. A more detailed description of the services can be found in the annex „Leistungsbeschreibung“. The individual awards will always take place within the respective service category. In individual cases, however, the individual awards may also include services from several categories. These will be specified as part of the individual award.
