Germany – Construction work for houses – Generalunternehmerleistungen für das Projekt Neubau Wohnheim Oberschleißheim (Restleistungen)

The Augustinum gGmbH is a charitable organisation providing support for people with disabilities and operates, through its subsidiary Augustinum Wohnstätten, 15 sites in the north of Munich and the surrounding area. The Augustinum gGmbH is currently constructing a new residential home with 20 residential places for people attending day centres and 4 residential places with integrated daily structure on its property at Hirschplanallee 2, 85764 Munich. The project is being realised using timber construction. The planning services required for the implementation of the project, from the design planning stage, and the construction services in the sense of a turnkey construction, were awarded to a general contractor following a Europe-wide tender (published in the EU Official Journal: 2023/S 053-155108) in 2023. The general contractor has begun executing the project. Due to the premature termination of the contract during the ongoing construction, the necessary execution services (remaining services) for the realisation of this project are now being procured.
