The subject of the present tender is the planning of transport infrastructure and civil engineering works: construction management, construction supervision and maintenance. The older concrete operational areas have defects due to alkali-silica reaction (AKR). Based on the damage patterns, the Flughafen Köln-Bonn GmbH (FKB) has determined the sections to be renovated for the renewal of the pavement of the existing operational areas. As part of the construction project "AKR Sanierung Teil 1" (short: "AKR1"), the Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH (short "FKB") intends to carry out the section-by-section renovation of the taxiway A between Apron F and the taxiway A2 and adjacent sections of the taxiways A3 and E, including the upgrade of the technical facilities, from April 2027 to August 2029.
