The subject of the order is the implementation by the Contractor of the task, taking into account the provisions regarding the option right, including: 1) supply, installation, commissioning and configuration of 24 integrated single-sided large-format monitors of the Full Outdoor type, resistant to atmospheric conditions, with a diagonal in the range of 70–80 inches (base range, taking into account the option right covering 12 monitors), 2) supply and configuration of 24 licenses for using the Remote Content Management System (CMS) (base range, taking into account the option right covering 12 licenses), 3) supply and configuration of 24 network devices acting as a communication node – Router (base range, taking into account the option right covering 12 devices), 3) training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of remote content management and network devices acting as a communication node. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes: 1) contract project (Attachment No. 7 to SWZ) together with Attachment No. 1 to the contract entitled Description of the Subject of the Order, 2) Specification of Order Conditions, 3) documents regarding the FEnIKS Programme – European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 (Attachment No. 10 to SWZ). The documents include: - Feasibility Study for the Project entitled: "Development of sustainable urban mobility through the construction of interchange centres and P&R with accompanying infrastructure and the expansion of the ITS system in the municipalities of the Wałbrzych Agglomeration – Wałbrzych, Boguszów Gorce, Czarny Bór, Dobromierz, Głuszyca, Jedlina-Zdrój, Mieroszów, Szczawno-Zdrój, Stare Bogaczowice, Walim, Świebodzice" (Contractors are obliged to familiarise themselves with Section 1.4 – Tables 16 to 1.9 and with Section 7), - Information from the competent authority responsible for water management, - Climatic Analysis, - Attachment No. 3 to the application - Compliance of the project with environmental protection regulations and climatic requirements, - Declaration of the authority responsible for monitoring NATURA 2000 areas.
