The subject of the Contract is: 1) the purchase and delivery of 31 units of new, physically and legally flawless telecommunication power supplies with battery packs, including 15 units of telecommunication power supplies with 27U racks and 16 units of telecommunication power supplies intended for installation in racks indicated by the Purchaser, hereinafter referred to as "devices" or "power supplies", 2) the dismantling of 1 old telecommunication power supply with battery packs, and their disposal, in accordance with the OPZ, 3) the installation and commissioning of 23 (twenty-three) out of the 31 (thirty-one) delivered devices at 23 locations in the Republic of Poland and the necessary configuration to add them to the WinCN monitoring and management system, 4) the provision of a 36-month warranty for the delivered power supplies, on the terms set out in § 6 of the Contract. 2. The delivered and installed devices must be compatible with the WinCN monitoring and management system, which is owned by the Purchaser. If the delivered devices do not function correctly according to their intended use, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the Contract, as provided in § 7.15.1 of the Contract. 3. The subject of the order must be realized in accordance with the Contract project, including the Subject of the Order Description, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ" (Annex 1 to the Contract project) and the Contractor's offer. The Contract project is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
