On the Emschermündung wastewater treatment plant, the following trades of the technical building services will be carried out in the buildings of the sludge treatment building and the sludge digestion building.

Sludge treatment building:

- Refrigeration/cooling technology

- Heating technology (heat recovery from digested sludge in the basement)

- Drinking water sanitation

- Wastewater sanitation

- Fire protection/smoke extraction

Sludge digestion building:

- Heating technology: Installation of a new heating distributor, which will be delivered in two parts (2 separate heating distributors), as the conversion and renewal of the old distributor must take place during ongoing operations, incl. replacement/renewal of all existing fittings, etc.

- Heating and cooling technology:

- New installation of split boxes

- Drinking water sanitation

- Flushing water sanitation
