The Bavarian Office for Asylum and Returns (LfAR) regularly conducts collective hearings to clarify the identity of alleged nationals of a country of origin. The contract includes guarding, site security, and personnel control for the duration of these collective hearings. The contractor provides the guarding service upon separate individual assignment by the contracting authority for approximately 25 to 60 working days per year. The duration of the respective (individual) deployments varies fundamentally between 1 to 20 working days. The daily deployment time is determined within the framework of the respective individual call-up. The basic framework time of the daily deployment times is fundamentally from 08:00 to 20:00. The maximum call-up quantity is 24,000 deployment hours for the guarding personnel and 2,400 deployment hours for the shift leader.
