Germany – Demolition work – Busdepot FFM-Ost / Stadtwerke Holding FFM - Rückbau/Abbrucharbeiten Flinschstraße

The scope of the services to be procured essentially comprises the following sub-services: * cutting back, removal and clearance of existing vegetation including grasses, hedges, shrubs, trees and other woody plants, * demolition of building components attached to the existing structures in the area of the allotment garden, including necessary cutting back of existing vegetation, * clearance, gutting, hazardous substance remediation, * remediation of areas contaminated with mould and faeces, * complete above-ground demolition of buildings including associated structural and technical installations, * demolition of floor slabs and foundations in the non-basement areas of the buildings, * partial demolition of underground components to a maximum target depth of approx. 97.50 m NHN or approx. 1.80 m below average GOK, while preserving and securing the boundary walls of the cellars and the adjacent buildings, including the perforation of the floor slabs remaining in the subsoil, in the area of Building 5 local deeper excavations to approx. 97.30 m NHN, * creation of the necessary temporary and permanent backfilling of basements or partial areas, * demolition and desegregation of sealed surfaces as well as area-wide soil removal to approx. 98.60 m NHN or approx. 0.70 m below average GOK, * removal and disposal of the earth tank and the separators, * planning and implementation of all protective and safety measures required for the demolition and earthworks, * separation, declaration, loading, transport and proper disposal or recycling of the demolition and excavation materials generated, * creation of temporary weather protection on the outer walls of the neighbouring buildings exposed by the demolition.
