Netherlands – Radio, television, communication, telecommunication and related equipment – Audiovisuele middelen

The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) Contractor for the supply of audiovisual media (AV media) including the related services. VNOG intends to have an integrated service provision whereby the Contractor is responsible for the supply, installation, maintenance and management of AV media as well as for user support in the form of remote telephone support, training and digital manuals. The supplier acts as the sole point of contact and bears the full contractual, operational and quality responsibility, regardless of the involvement of any subcontractors. The estimated annual value of the Agreement is €87,500 excluding VAT. The total estimated value of the Agreement for the entire duration is €350,000 excluding VAT.
