Description

The subject of this contract is the supply of brand-new, complete, free from physical and legal defects, unused and non-regenerated, non-refurbished equipment and accessories, which comes from the official distribution channel of the manufacturer – the quality requirements, standards and approvals are specified in § 7 of the contract project – Chapter 3 swz. part I - supply of emergency power equipment and field infrastructure, the subject of which is the supply of equipment intended to provide emergency power, distribution of electrical energy, mobile lighting and equipment supporting the organization of the back-up of crisis, rescue and logistical actions. part II - supply of technical, pumping, transport and logistical equipment, the subject of which is the supply of specialized technical equipment used in rescue operations, the elimination of the consequences of crisis events, flood protection and logistical support of field operations. part III - supply of communication, monitoring, observation and unmanned systems, the subject of which is the supply of equipment serving to ensure operational communication, observation, reconnaissance, situational monitoring and support of actions using unmanned systems. part IV - supply of rescue, medical, protective and specialized equipment - the subject of part IV of the contract is the supply of equipment and accessories intended for the conduct of rescue operations, providing pre-medical assistance, securing personnel and carrying out specialized intervention actions. The detailed description of the subject of the contract for each part is specified by: "Description of the subject of the contract" and OPZ” – annexes: for part 1 annex no. 1 to IDW for part 2 annex no. 1a to IDW for part 3 annex no. 1b to IDW for part 4 annex no. 1c to IDW and the contract project – Chapter 3 swz. 2. If any trademark, patent or origin is indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, it should be understood that the indicated patents, trademarks, origin define the technical, operational and user parameters, which means that the Purchaser allows the submission of an offer in this part of the subject of the contract with technical, operational and user parameters not worse than those proposed by the Purchaser. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 101 of the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793 – uniform text with later amendments; (hereinafter referred to as Pzp) if the description of the subject of the contract specifies specific solutions in terms of features, parameters or technical solutions, the Purchaser allows the use of equivalent devices and products or technical solutions in terms of their features, parameters or technical solutions, and all possible trade names of devices and products used in the description of the subject of the contract should be treated as standard definitions, and not as specific trade names of devices and products used in the specification of the contract conditions. The obligation to prove equivalence lies with the Contractor in accordance with Article 104 of the above-mentioned Pzp Act - by attaching to the offer, for example, product cards, catalogues, manufacturer's descriptions, etc. - i.e. descriptions that will unambiguously confirm to the Purchaser the "equivalence" of the devices and products in terms of their features, parameters or technical solutions.
