Cleaning and hygiene services for the interior and exterior spaces (including internal courtyards) of the properties managed by AEUB – Arte și Evenimente Urbane București, for the purpose of carrying out the institution's current activities, cultural, artistic, educational activities and public events organized by it. The procurement is structured in 3 (three) lots, corresponding to the properties/groups of properties managed: LOT 1 – properties at str. Lipscani nr. 84-90 (AEUB headquarters, Han Gabroveni) and b-dul Mircea Vodă nr. 5 (Casa Eliad), sector 3, Bucharest; LOT 2 – property at Piața Alexandru Lahovari nr. 7, sector 1, Bucharest; LOT 3 – property at Bd. Decebal nr. 11, bl. S14, sector 3, Bucharest. Duration of each contract: 3 months (01.10.2026 – 31.12.2026), with the possibility of extension, by additional act, for 4 months (01.01.2027 – 30.04.2027), under the terms of art. 165 of the Annex to H.G. nr. 395/2016, subject to the existence of allocated financial resources. Deadline for responding to clarification requests: the contracting authority will respond on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders: 18. The need for cleaning services, the duration of the services provided in the terms of reference, related to each of the 3 lots of the present procedure (Lot 1 – Lipscani/Mircea Vodă, Lot 2 – Lahovari, Lot 3 – Decebal), may vary during the contract period in accordance with the needs identified at the level of the Buyer, for each lot separately. During the contract period, there is the possibility of varying the duration of the service and the staff, consisting of reducing and/or supplementing the number of staff, reducing and/or supplementing the number of days, applicable separately, for each of the 3 lots, with the respect of the prices offered by the Supplier at the level of the financial proposal related to the respective lot, changes that will be treated punctually and with the respect of the provisions of art. 221 of Law nr. 98/2016. The Buyer reserves the right, under the terms of art. 221 of Law nr. 98/2016, to modify the quantities of services during the contract period with up to a maximum of 20%, a percentage applicable separately for each of the 3 lots (Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3), calculated by reference to the value/quantity related to the respective lot, depending on legislative changes, changes in the organizational structure of the contracting authority, cultural projects that may be organized by the contracting authority in the spaces described in the terms of reference, related to each property/lot separately, facts that could not be taken into account at the initiation of the award procedure. Thus, based on the review clause, the need that formed the basis for the award may change during the contract period, in the sense of increasing or decreasing the quantity of services purchased for one, more or all 3 lots, independently of each other, the value of the modification to be reported, for each lot, to the prices offered at the level of the financial proposal submitted for the respective lot. The value modification provided for in art. 221 alin. (1) lit. f) of Law nr. 98/2016 is treated and calculated separately from the modification based on art. 221 alin. (1) lit. a) of Law nr. 98/2016, applying separately for each of the 3 lots.
