Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2026-10 - Infliximab (Darreichungsform zur subkutanen Injektion)

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical enterprises for the active substance Infliximab (formulation for subcutaneous injection). The contract is concluded within the framework of the participating funds' Open-House-Biologics procedure: individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.06.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.05.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. Due to the existence of industrial property rights with regard to the active substance which is the subject of the contract or the active substance combination which is the subject of the procedure, the participation and contract documents will only be made available to those pharmaceutical enterprises which offer/place on the market medicines containing the active substance which is the subject of the procedure or the active substance combination which is the subject of the procedure, or which credibly assure the TK that they will offer/place such medicines on the market during the contract term.
