Netherlands – Word-processing services – Verslaglegging zienswijzen informatieavonden

The contract concerns the support of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) in registering and processing responses and opinions during information sessions on energy and mining projects that are part of legal consultation procedures. Responses from stakeholders are carefully recorded for further decision-making. The estimated contract value is € 200,000, excluding VAT. This estimate is based on the expenditures of the past years and the expected number of Information Sessions during the term of the Agreement. The estimate is based on an average of 62 Information Sessions per year. The contracting authority may, if the circumstances as described in paragraph 2.6.1 of the tender document occur, extend the contract to the maximum contract value. The total maximum value to be taken under the Agreement, including any application of the revision clause and the option years, is € 300,000, excluding VAT.
