The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for the insurance of the property and other interests of the Agency for the Development of the City of Krakow Sp. z o.o., in relation to 1 or 2 parts of the subject of the contract.

1.1 In accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the subject of the procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract have not been granted to it.

1.2 The subject of the contract includes:

1.2.1 Part 1 – insurance of property (PD), electronic equipment (EEI), business interruption ICE Kraków (BI) and one comprehensive insurance OC of all activities of ARMK, including the activities of ICE Kraków, where part 1 of the contract consists of the basic scope and the scope covered by option right no. 1 and the scope covered by option right no. 2.

1.2.2 Part 2 – general insurance of construction and assembly investments CAR/EAR together with Section II civil liability, for the period from 01.12.2026 to 31.12.2028.

1.3 The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers, in relation to one or two parts of the subject of the contract, as specified in point 1.2 of the subject of the contract description.
