Germany – Project-management services other than for construction work – Mandatar des Bundes für Wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit (MWZ)

Within the framework of the present procurement procedure, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), carried out by Credion AG as the managing director of Connect GmbH, is seeking a mandatary as a private-law audit body for the use of a Guarantee Framework for Economic Cooperation (GWZ) of the Federal Government. The GWZ is intended to expand the Federal Government's guarantee authorisations and to reflect the establishment of development policy supply and investment relations with emerging and developing countries. It aims to achieve greater diversification of the Federal Republic of Germany's international economic interlinkages and thus contribute to risk minimisation, in particular through regional distribution and small-scale individual projects. It falls within the BMZ's area of business and is open to suitable guarantors (banks, DFIs, financial institutions, funds).
