This consultation has been conducted in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2123-1 3°, R. 2123-4 and R. 2123-5 of the Public Procurement Code under an open negotiated procedure. It is noted that the negotiated procedure is subject to specific provisions (social services). The services will be the subject of a single-bidder framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded with a maximum defined in the engagement act. The contractor is remunerated on the basis of the unit price set below for the quantities of services ordered by the contracting authority and performed.
