The subject of the framework agreement is to set the conditions for the provision of the comprehensive management and disposal service for healthcare waste and other waste from the centres dependent on the Primary Care Management Units of Gran Canaria and Tenerife and the General Directorate of Blood Donation and Hemotherapy of the Canarian Health Service, through a framework agreement, open procedure, ordinary processing and subject to harmonised regulation, with the aim of meeting the assistance needs of the centres, services and establishments dependent on the Canarian Health Service.
