The subject of the procurement is the implementation of the YVA procedure, in accordance with current YVA legislation, for the expansion of Vuosaari Harbour and the deepening of the fairway to Vuosaari Harbour. In addition, the contractor is responsible for the technical design of the harbour expansion at a general planning level to support the YVA procedure.
