Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Rudy Raciborskie w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, timber harvesting and logging to be carried out in the Rudy Raciborskie Forest District in 2027 and forestry works in the forest districts of Krasiejów, Stanica and Baborów to be carried out in the years 2027-2029. The scope of the subject of the contract covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, timber harvesting and logging resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The scopes listed in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an indicative nature. The quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forestry works is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract has been divided into partial tasks ("Packages") 1) forestry works in the forest districts of Kotlarnia, Borowiec and Lubieszów 2) forestry works in the forest districts of Krasiejów, Stanica and Baborów in the years 2027-2029 3) forestry works in the forest districts of Bargłówka, Rudy and Ponięcice 4) forestry works in the forest districts of Solarnia, Nędza and Szymocice The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more partial tasks (Packages), however, he/she may not submit a bid for the same partial task (Package) simultaneously as a consortium member and as an independent Contractor or a consortium member in several different consortia. In the event of such a situation, the Purchaser will reject all bids submitted with the participation of that Contractor/consortium member in the given partial task (Package). A bid submitted for a given partial task (Package) must cover the entire scope of works envisaged in the SWZ for that task (Package). The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Rudy Raciborskie Forest District. The performance of works included in the Subject of the Contract for the individual partial tasks (Packages) will take place in the forest districts – appropriate for the given partial task (Package). The location (forest address) of the individual forestry works included in the Scope of the Contract indicated in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of the individual works included in the Scope of the Contract will be specified in the Order, referred to in the Essential Provisions of the Contract (Annexes No. 12 and 12A to the SWZ). THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT IS CONTAINED IN POINT 3 OF THE SWZ AND IN THE ANNEXES TO THE SWZ. THE CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD FOR PARTIAL TASKS (PACKAGES) NO. 1, 3, 4 - FROM THE DATE OF CONTRACT SIGNING TO 31.12.2027. THE CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD FOR PARTIAL TASK (PACKAGE) NO. 2 - FROM THE DATE OF CONTRACT SIGNING TO 31.12.2029. If the Contract for any partial task (Package) is concluded earlier than 2 January 2027, the commencement of the contract performance will be from 2 January 2027. The performance periods of the individual works (in each of the partial tasks - Packages) will be specified in the Orders prepared by the Purchaser's Representative.
