Design and works contract for the construction of a property project comprising a 3-star hotel with 70 rooms, a restaurant (approx. 350 m²), an office building (approx. 2,500 m²), and an activities building (approx. 2,100 m² of floor space), complemented by a 240-space car park. The low environmental impact of the building, its usability, flexibility, reversibility and energy performance are priorities for the Contracting Authority. In this regard, the Contractor is expected to provide a design that offers the most appropriate technical solutions and presents an optimized cost/durability ratio. Tasks assigned: ESQ-AXO-APS-APD-IMAGES-PRECOM-PRO-ACT-VISA-SYN-DET-AOR-THERM-STD-ACV-CSSI-BIM MANAGER-OPC. Estimated budget: 14,000,000 euros excl. VAT. Estimated schedule: start of design and works contract mission in December 2026.
