Romania – Pork – Acord cadru furnizare alimente

Lot 1. refrigerated pork meat: min. 1000 kg. - max. 100,000 kg; Lot 2. cascaval: min. 1000 kg. - max. 70,000 kg; The subsequent contracts will be awarded on a semi-annual basis, depending on the needs of the institution and the allocated budget. OBSERVATIONS: Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or supplementary information, signed with an advanced electronic signature, only through SEAP, within a maximum of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Law 98/2016. To the extent that requests for clarifications or supplementary information have been addressed within the previously foreseen period, the responses will be published in SEAP within 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority to not consider requests addressed through any other means of communication or any other deadline than the one set.
